If your project requires integration with external websites, third-party content, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Valantech, the following terms apply. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of external content

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, client pays for work completed up to that point. Valantech will deliver all completed work and materials.
